Returns:

1. You have 02 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
3. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

 

Refunds:

1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.
2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
3. You will receive the refund within 4 working days, depending on your bank policies.

 

Shipping Returns:

1. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Exchanges:

1. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variation, send us an email, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Exceptions:

Any product with visible signs of wear or damage that is determined to be a result of misuse, negligence, or improper storage might not be eligible for return or refund.
