Note: Please make sure to make the video before opening the package as we will not allow any kind of refund/replacement if there is no proof of the product you have received is damaged at the time of delivery.
Returns:
You have 02 calendar days to return an item from the date only if you received it damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
You will receive the refund within a 4 working days, depending on your bank policies.
Shipping Returns:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different variation, send us an email at info@zenveda.co.in, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Exceptions:
Some items may be exempt from being returned. These might include sale items, perishables, or products purchased with a gift card.
Any product with visible signs of wear or damage that is determined to be a result of misuse, negligence, or improper storage might not be eligible for return or refund.
